Fitness Training

As part of our fitness-training program we include ‘injury prevention’. Most trainers focus on pushing their clients, however, very few know proper posture, technique, combination, injury prevention and nutrition. Our approach is not just about building big muscles and loosing weight, it’s to help our clients reach new peak levels of whole body fitness safely and quickly. We also break fitness training into its components: Agility, Speed, Endurance, Strength, Balance, Hand-eye coordination, Brain Training, Balance, Flexibility and Nutrition
